We operate our online services in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13 years of age. Curedrain may amend this Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. If we make a material change to this Policy that reduces your privacy rights, we will notify you in advance through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Policy. The amended Policy supersedes all previous versions.
